Reverse Missed Call Alert

Reverse Missed Call Alert (RMCA) sends caller a notification informing them that the person they had called is reachable now.
This allows the calling party to try and reach the person whom he was trying to call earlier but due to some reason wasn’t able to connect. This results in call completion and incremental revenue for the operator
